But Our Eyes are Upon You
The Lord is compelling me so I will share: 2 Chronicles 19 talks about how Jehoshaphat prepared his heart to seek GOD. After that he brought many people to The Lord. In Chapter 20, he prayed, "O Lord GOD of our fathers, are You not GOD in Heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms and all the nations, and in Your Hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to overcome You?" The whole prayer is meant for us to take heed to in our day. Verse 9 says, "If disaster comes upon us - sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine - we will stand before this temple and in Your presence (for Your Name is in this temple).
Note: Our bodies are the temple of The Holy Spirit of GOD.
Continued, "And in Your presence we will cry out to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save." Verse 12 "O our GOD, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us: nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You."
Time and time again our Heavenly Father tells us, comforts us and exhorts us with these words: "Do not be afraid, for I AM with you." Whatever happens in this world, do not set your mind on them. We must keep ourselves in the presence of GOD. GOD inhabits, lives in the praises of His people. I feel the need to repeat the song from the other day: "I lift up my hands to You in worship, O my GOD! I lift my voice to You in praise, O my King! For when I worship You, nothing else can I do.
I cannot worry; I cannot fear; I cannot fret about anything here! Not when I worship! Not when I sing! Not when I'm bowing before my King!
I was standing at the counter of the Dr.'s office and saw thousands of files cramped in tightly together. Right then I saw in my spirit, much panic everywhere because something attacked the satellites in the sky, knocking out computers all over. There was a stampede of anxious people, even trampling their family members because of fear. I feel responsible to tell you, "Do not be afraid, but trust in GOD." We have to let what is going to happen, happen because GOD doesn't want it to, but He warned us people who do not know GOD, nor want to "will wax worse and worse, and will look for new ways to invent evil." While His people are growing more loving, and caring, but also more bold in love with sharing the truth, and our love for each other will be more intense and with passion, to get us ready for Heaven.
What is it that draws people who have something in common - closer together heart to heart? Sadly, it is disaster. May we be worthy Lord to escape the evil days ahead in Jesus' Name, Amen.
